We must always remind ourselves that we are both the will and the way to accomplish our goals. We must always motivate ourselves and reassure ourselves when confronted by obstacles. Passion, energy, enthusiasm and self efficacy are contagious and invigorates everyone around you. We must always be optimistic, confident and determined to persevere through challenges. If everyone focuses on what is within us, together we can make sure that every student, every day is successful.
